Submit your project through the Project Enquiry Form in the editick Client Portal. Provide your project details, select your preferred service or package and enter the exact word count to receive a personalised quotation and an estimated turnaround time.

Our quotations and turnaround times are based on the total word count of your project. Providing the exact word count ensures accurate pricing and delivery estimates.

The client portal verifies the combined word count of all uploaded files. If there is a mismatch, you will be guided back to the Project Enquiry Form to submit a new enquiry with the correct word count before the project can proceed.

Turnaround time depends on the document type, word count, selected service and project complexity. The estimated delivery timeline will be included in your quotation.

Depending on the service package you select, editing may include language editing, grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency, academic style, formatting, reference checking and publication-ready formatting.

Yes. An English Editing Certificate is available for eligible editing services and can be downloaded from the client portal once your project has been completed.

Yes. Eligible projects include revision rounds according to the selected service package. The number of revision rounds depends on the service purchased.

Sign in to your editick Client Portal, open the completed project and submit your revision request with clear instructions through the dashboard.

Yes. A revised delivery timeline will be provided after your revision request has been reviewed.

Yes. All manuscripts, documents and project information are treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited to authorised members of editick’s editorial team, all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Your documents are uploaded, processed and delivered through our SSL-secured website. We protect all personal information and project files in accordance with editick’s Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.

Project files are securely retained for 14 days after final delivery and are permanently deleted thereafter.

We accept secure bank transfers and other supported payment methods through the editick Client Portal. International clients may use the available international payment options where applicable.

Upload your Payment Confirmation through the client portal. This may be a bank transfer confirmation, payment receipt or transaction screenshot together with the transaction reference number, where applicable.

You retain full ownership of your work. editick does not claim ownership of, verify or alter the intellectual ownership of any content submitted for editing.

Yes. You may upload multiple files for a single project. During submission, the portal requires the word count for each uploaded file and verifies that the combined total matches the word count approved in your quotation before the project proceeds.
