Refund, Revision & Guarantee Policy

Free Revisions

We provide complimentary revisions when:

• The delivered document does not follow the original instructions.
• Language or grammatical corrections were missed within the agreed editing scope.
• Formatting does not match the requested journal or referencing style.

Revision requests should normally be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Revisions Outside the Original Scope

Additional charges may apply if:

• New content has been added after delivery.
• The manuscript has been substantially rewritten by the author.
• The target journal or formatting style has changed.
• The requested changes fall outside the originally purchased service.

Refund Policy

At editick, we value timely delivery and transparency. If we are unable to meet the delivery deadline that we have confirmed for your project, you may be eligible for a refund.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued if:

• editick fails to deliver your completed files by the agreed delivery deadline communicated and confirmed at the time your order was accepted; and
• The delay is solely due to editick and is not caused by revised instructions, additional requests, incomplete files or delays in communication from the client.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The delivery timeline changes because the client submits revised instructions, additional content or updated files after work has begun.
• The client delays responding to editorial queries or approval requests that affect the agreed turnaround time.
• The project is delayed due to circumstances beyond editick’s reasonable control, including technical outages, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Payment Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
